The room’s views were good, but I booked a different room that wasn’t cleaned, so I was moved to another room and felt I wasted my money.

The staff were courteous. However, even after staying more than one night, the room wasn’t refreshed and the trash bin wasn’t emptied. The room’s size was smaller than what was advertised on Booking, and the photos didn’t match reality.

I was fine overall, but the check‑in lady swapped my room because she claimed there was a leak in the room I had booked, ending up with a tiny room that could barely fit three people. I asked for the larger room I had originally reserved, and the other receptionist switched me back to that room. I’m not sure why they did that in the first place, but the issue was resolved nicely. The room I finally got was big enough for three adults, had a comfortable prayer area, and the bathroom was okay. It’s worth the price. The only downside was that the receptionist gave me a small room at check‑in, and there’s no mall nearby, so you have to walk if you want to shop.

“Disappointing”

The only bright spot was the convenience of being close to KL’s main transport hub, Sentral, within walking distance. The room was not clean at all—the carpet was dirty, slightly smelly, there was no hot water, the heater didn’t work, and a cockroach crawled onto my leg! The window could be opened fully with no safety measures. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The location was good. I’ve stayed here many times, but this time the rooms were filthy; when I checked in, the receptionist didn’t tell us that housekeeping would only clean the room if we asked.
