A nice hotel in the city center; no elevator to the second floor, but the staff helped lift my luggage, breakfasts were tasty, rooms were great, clean, and comfortable. We left satisfied!

Everything feels fresh and runs smoothly; I was worried about checking in around midnight, yet the phone‑based access was something I hadn't seen before—pretty slick tech. The food was good, and everyone on staff was friendly.

This hotel is exactly what you wish for; set yourself up for positivity, quality, and comfort—you deserve it! The reception girls are like angels, the space is designed around the guest, no crowds here, but the slow‑paced enjoyment is beautiful. The only downside is that a day only lasts 24 hours.

Everyone was very friendly, and the decor felt modern and pleasant. The room was cramped, with no space to open a suitcase, and the extra charge of 600 UAH per night for a dog was unreasonable.
