“Nice staff but it could use some updating.”

The property was in a great location and close to everything I needed. They were accommodating to pets. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The first room had a gasoline smell, so we switched rooms. Then our room keys wouldn’t work. On the day of checkout we couldn’t get back into our room because the key or lock needed a serious update. We waited outside our room for 10 minutes. Only one of the four elevators worked. The staff were nice and accommodating, but this building needs a serious update to be a Hilton hotel.

Everything was fine. The wall in the room was peeling.

Very clean. I expected a buffet‑style breakfast. The mattress was not comfortable.

I was honest: nothing good. The place felt outdated, the bathroom drainage was problematic, it looked a bit dingy, and the staff were sometimes rude.

“Not Great!”

The location was great and the staff were friendly. But on a busy weekend only one elevator worked, my blow dryer was broken, the carpet had stains, the TV had a blue tint, the shower had stains, the furniture was super old, housekeeping opened the door two seconds after knocking, and the snacks were ridiculously overpriced—my husband paid $18 for two bags of chips and two sodas.
