There was a huge discrepancy between the single and double rooms, which was bad because the guest we invited from our group had the single room. The breakfast room was nice, the staff were friendly, but we had to use plastic trays and clear them in a cafeteria.

The beautiful location with views of the Rhine from the upper floors with balconies/terraces is simply wonderful. The mainly Indian cuisine is also highly recommended. At check‑in there was unnecessary coordination this time and in the past, but otherwise the staff are very attentive and try to meet guests’ wishes as much as possible.

There was a room for me. The river area was under construction and inaccessible. When I went out for dinner, I asked for an open table by the windows. I was told they were all taken by a rather snobby server. One table had a reservation flag and two were open; people came behind and asked for those tables and were seated.
