The location right on the forest edge with cabins surrounded by beautiful green and floral spaces was great. The staff were warm and gave us excursion advice, even taking us to Leticia’s center for activities. Breakfast was very good and there was a dinner option on site with a varied menu. We loved it!

Everything was fine. The staff were very friendly, you feel at home. They offer transport for 4000 pesos. The food from Magaly and Diana was delicious and they were pleasant and kind. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel is family‑friendly, clean, quiet, and the room has a hammock. We ran one morning on the road platform and felt good about the area. It might be a bit far from the center if you’re visiting Leticia for the first time without a car, but the collective bus for 3000 pesos takes you to the center in 15 minutes. I also wish there was a way to cook for myself sometimes, but that isn’t possible.

We were picked up and were unexpectedly late, but the driver was very kind and kept waiting until we arrived. The location itself is outside Leticia but is quiet and has good air conditioning. It’s close to the airport, where you can request a transfer as an extra service. The gardener is super friendly and a source of knowledge. He’s modest but if you have questions he offers deep knowledge and care for the Amazon. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette and laundry area. The bathroom was clean and the bed was tidy. It’s quite far from Leticia, though close to the airport. The internet is unstable and there’s almost no reception in the room. The staff tried to help well. The park is nicely laid out and maintained, but it was very empty when we were there and lacked liveliness and coziness. There are no restaurants or shops nearby; it’s remote, which we found disappointing. We also thought it was a bit pricey for Leticia.

The staff were friendly and ready to help. The garden is lovely with a fish pond. The room was very large. There’s a restaurant on site with a good selection. Breakfast was fine. The bed for my daughter was a simple single and very hard. There was no bedside lamp.
