The staff were extremely accommodating and resourceful; whenever I had a question or needed something, they went out of their way to help. I was able to check‑in earlier and they were flexible with my checkout. They told me the best time to leave for the Kumano Kodo and the bus times. When I needed sanitary pads, they brought some to my room. They also made me a bento box for my hike. Oh, the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable. 10/10. There’s nothing to dislike; this place is the best.

This inn is a treasure. It was the best we stayed at during our trip to Kumano Kodo. The room is unique, next to an onigiri shop. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean, and has a unique architecture that makes you feel very comfortable inside. We loved every detail, clearly thought out with great care: the coffee, the organic shampoo made with local ingredients… Every corner is lovely and captivating. The breakfast is also delicious. Nothing! Everything was perfect.
