It’s very peaceful and the staff are great, but the departure process was a bit frustrating.

The staff were very pleasant and the decor is lovely, everything feels very cohesive. There are two pools and two rooftop terraces. Breakfast is small but included; you can pay extra if you want more. It’s a bit out of the way and we had some trouble with hot water and the toilet flush, but that was sorted out. There’s a bike rental, but it’s noticeably pricier than in the city; it would be nice if the bikes were cheaper given the location.

The hotel is beautiful, well decorated, and set in a quiet spot. Manager Emiliano goes the extra mile to meet every guest’s needs. It’s a bit farther from town, but a 10‑minute bike ride away; the island is small enough to cycle from top to bottom in about 39 minutes. All the staff were lovely and my stay here made the whole trip to Holbox even better.
