“Nice room, fine for a quick overnight stay before an early morning flight.”

Nice room, good air conditioning, nice bathroom, nice restaurants. The staff nearly charged me twice upon arrival and did not believe that I had already paid . I had to wait a long time while she checked. The crib we requested wasn’t in our room on arrival. One staff who brought the crib to our room had extremely bad body odour. This poor personal hygiene doesn’t reflect the nature of the hotel. The room smelled really bad after he left. The walk from the lift to the room is sooo far, it takes about 10 minutes just to walk to the lift. A taxi from the hotel to the airport cost 30 pound just for a 10-15 minute drive

“Rip off Airport hotels”

Not a lot Good location Spacious Friendly staff. Rammed with aircrew jamming reception Terrible bed---and pillows--- Restaurant was atrocious having to send luke warm poorly prepared food back twice It's basically COSCO bulk ingredients dressed up as quality food for a stupid price that people pay because they have to. Volume is NO excuse Bar was horrendously overpriced each drink of a 4 drink order of 2gt and 2 beers working out at £10 per item---that's robbery. Finally car parking £17 --when you are a guestd

The place was tidy and close to Heathrow, offering a comfortable night's sleep after a late‑night flight. However, the hotel sits in an area with no nearby shops or restaurants, and although there’s an indoor restaurant and Starbucks, they were closed when we arrived at 22:00; the lack of room service made traveling with kids a bit tough.

“Nice”

The facilities and breakfast were solid, and the spot is great if you need an Uber to Heathrow; they even run a door‑to‑door bus shuttle to Heathrow T5. Getting there by public transport can be a hassle, especially since the pedestrian crossing is a long walk from the entrance, but once you arrive everything operates smoothly.

“Average, nothing exceptional.”

The room phone didn't let me hear the other side, and when I checked out I was offered no help for the luggage cart; I had to fetch it myself from the front door, bring it back to our room, load it, and then return it to the front.
