I liked that they served a night‑time curry and a welcome drink, yet the facilities felt dated and the shared toilet resembled a public restroom.

I had a great time at this hotel, with its cleanliness being one of the highlights. However, I was a bit disappointed that the large public bath was only available for men.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff, who were very friendly and accommodating. However, I felt that the price of the single room I booked was a bit steep at ¥8,600, considering the amenities provided. I think ¥5,000 would have been a more reasonable price point for me. I have to admit that I miss the Hotel Eagle days, which I thought were better.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel's breakfast buffet, with an impressive variety of delicious dishes to choose from. However, there were a few instances where the beverage options ran out, and the staff seemed unsure of how to replenish them. When I brought this to their attention, one of the staff members seemed hesitant and unsure of how to handle the situation, and unfortunately, they didn't take the initiative to check with other staff members for assistance.
