“A true sanctuary for tired travelers: Amazing bathtub and unforgettable atmosphere!”
The bathroom and the huge bathtub were absolutely fantastic! After long days of walking along the coast (we managed 50,000 steps over the weekend!), soaking in the hot water was pure bliss. We used it three times (!), and it was the perfect physical and mental recharge. The covered balcony/corridor is beautiful. Even though the sun sets behind the buildings, the clear autumn skies turned into incredible shades of purple and pink between the classic white pillars. We didn't even have to leave the room at night to enjoy the Hague atmosphere. The neighborhood (statenkwartier) is a gorgeous, classic, safe, and quiet area. "De Fred" shopping street is just a few steps away with brilliant cafes and breakfast spots, and the beach is easily accessible by tram or a longer walk. The room was very clean, unique, and cozy. It felt like a true sanctuary for relaxation.
