Everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and microwave. It’s a short walk from the city centre with parking in front of the property. The host, Paolo, is very friendly and helpful, highly recommended.

The location is great, a quiet area a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, and the parking is right in front on a private area. The room is a good size with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and everything is clean.

Paolo welcomed us perfectly; the arrival instructions were clear, precise, and easy. He also offered to store our bikes securely, and the electric car charging was a big plus.
