“First time subpar experience”
I love the hotel and its location overall, but the room I got was awful. Room 303 was a small corner room that felt cramped, with little space around the bed and sink. The sliding window wouldn’t lock. Hot water took forever, and the soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work. The elevator from the third floor to any other floor was out of order most of the time, so I had to use the stairs to go up or down, though getting to the third floor was fine.
