The apartment sits right on the street level, close to the main station, which is super convenient, yet it feels a bit rough. It looks like the host turned a former shop into a home, with several closed doors inside the bedroom that lead to other spaces, making it feel odd and a bit unsettling. You can hear almost every little noise from people behind those doors—coughing, moving furniture, talking—so privacy and quiet are compromised.

The room was fantastic right in the throbbing heart of Sassari—clean, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was spacious, all the comforts were there, and the price was unbeatable! I highly recommend it! The host, Antonio, was incredibly kind and super helpful with every customer need.

The room sits just a stone’s throw from the shuttle to Alghero airport. It’s very clean, the bathroom comes with a hair‑dryer and a shower shampoo, the room has a small fridge and a kettle for tea. The host was very friendly: unfortunately, during my one‑night stay the water ran out, and Mr. Antonio immediately notified me, apologized, even though he wasn’t at fault (I live in Sassari and know this happens with Abbanoa, the local water supplier). Luckily I showered right after I arrived; a reserve of water would be handy (as in many houses in Sassari), but I’m not sure if the space allows it—just a suggestion. It wasn’t particularly pleasant to be without water from evening until the morning of departure. The room is also right above a bar, and even with the window closed, the noise is noticeable; I had earplugs and still slept, but it could be more annoying if you have an early flight and trouble falling asleep. It’s a great base if you always want to eat out or stay for short periods.
