Breakfast was very varied, with so many options that it never felt the same each day; the reception and client manager were friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours, the neighborhood is gated with a boom gate and security, which feels reassuring; the pool is a bit small, the water is warm but relaxing; the rooms have good air conditioning and a nice bed; I had a great holiday and will definitely return. The only downside is that the location is a 30‑minute walk from the city center/ beach, so taxis are often needed and cost 150‑200 pesos for a single ride; the beach in August has a lot of seaweed, so a trip to Cozumel is recommended for a snorkeling excursion.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were attentive, offering a delicious breakfast selection and plenty of wildlife nearby; they even went the extra mile by decorating our suite for my mom’s birthday!

The room was huge, the staff were very friendly, the cleaning was good, and the dining room was close to the room; the hotel is very pleasant and quiet. It would be nice to have vending machines for drinks and food inside the hotel, that would be greatly appreciated.
