Excellent. The toilet and bathroom cleaning isn’t frequent.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The layout was relaxed and made it easy to meet other travelers. It’s quiet, even though it’s close to the center, and there’s a short, steep walk to the start of the Queenstown Hill trail up to the summit—arduous but worth it for the great views. The lower POD didn’t have much headroom, so sliding up to the pillow was a bit awkward; the bed was very comfy but not side‑on because the orientation is different.

The location was great, the facilities were clean and adequate, and the AB’s were easy to access.

良かった点は沢山ありますが、スタッフのサービスが最高でした！ チェックアウトの日、私はホステルの共有スペースでiPhoneを落として、気づかないまま出かけてしまいました。 iPhoneを見つけたスタッフが、共有スペースの防犯カメラの録画映像を見て、このiPhoneを落としたのは誰か（私）を見つけてくれて、さらに、私にメールをくれました。 彼女の完璧な仕事がなければ、私はiPhoneを永遠に見つけられなかったと思います。 彼女に御礼したいです。. 私は4月末に泊まりました。 この時期はクイーンズタウンの秋で、外は寒かったです。 このホステルは、断熱性は高くないため、客室や洗面所、トイレが寒かったです。 寒い季節に泊まる人は、真冬用の部屋着や寝巻きを持ってくることをお勧めします！
