Breakfast was decent, the mattress was good, the ground floor had plenty of lawn for kids to play on, WhatsApp communication was efficient, and the kitchen had the main appliances (oven, stove, fridge) working; however, the air‑conditioner in the neighboring room was noisy all night, the pillows and linens were poor, and the bathroom shower stall was too small.

“Gostamos muito, parabéns pelo atendimento, nos sentimos muito acolhidos.”

The entire staff was excellent, breakfast was outstanding, the apartment was complete, and communication was clear and present. The team cared about our wellbeing—Thais warned us about a hailstorm and directed us to park the car safely, and Claudia gave extra time for my husband to stay at the lodge until I finished my appointment. And most of all, we loved the visit from the kitten Leo. One improvement: replace the sofa, as it had an unpleasant smell, almost like urine. A simple sofa would suffice, but it should be replaced for future stays. Aside from that, we loved everything.
