The hotel was spotless and every staff member was extremely kind, polite, friendly, and helpful; they answered any request quickly with a smile. Housekeeping was respectful and accommodating. We were fortunate to get a complimentary upgrade from a suite to a one‑bedroom apartment on the top floor, complete with two balconies, beautiful views, and all the amenities we needed, which we truly appreciated. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families. The bus stop right in front of the hotel was convenient, and taxis/Uber were easy to use. The hotel sits in a residential area, a bit far from main tourist spots, but public transport and taxis make getting around easy. We did notice a slightly odd smell in the apartment, a bit unpleasant; we told reception and they kindly brought us an air freshener.

Everything impressed me – the front‑desk staff were amazing, the apartment was stunning and spotless, and it had everything you need, plus restaurants, a grocery store and a mosque right below. There was nothing at all that I didn’t like; I just wish I had a car.

“Très bel hôtel que je recommande pour des familles.”

Everything was perfect, though the hotel is a bit off‑center from the city’s main area. The cleaning lady sometimes rushed us for her rounds.
