Really nice, peaceful location (there were only 3 lodges on the whole site and all relatively private from each other). It had been signposted so was easy to find. There are loads of rabbits around & we also spotted deer & a fox in the next field, which were special to see! There are narrow country roads leading to the site, but there was very little traffic around & we found this was pretty common when exploring Cornwall. The location was great & only a short drive to lots of places to visit, as well as places to eat & supermarkets etc. The lodge was lovely, (just like in the photos) & we really enjoyed our stay with our 2 children. The stairs up to the top bed are narrow, as seen in the pictures, but our 7 & 10 year olds managed fine, with a bit of care. The projector & hot tub were a big hit! We were left biscuits, milk & cold water on arrival, which was a nice addition. It was a great experience & we would definitely recommend Palm Lodge if you're looking to stay somewhere a bit different!
