The resort was spotless and the staff were always friendly when I needed directions or anything else. The indoor pool is really warm, great for sore muscles, and it’s not too far from Hartebeespoort or Rustenburg. The tent house was well supplied with cutlery and utensils, though there are steps up to it.
The facilities are amazing, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. I loved everything else, but the rooms could use an upgrade, especially the bathrooms, even though they’re overall clean and well maintained.

“4-days of "Glamping"”
I booked a tent house, but it wasn’t a good choice – the lighting was very poor, it was very cold at night, and it was inconvenient to keep unzipping the kitchen. The house was not well cleaned when the maid came. The restaurant service was shockingly slow, the shop was poorly stocked with no salad ingredients or freshly baked goods, and there were no salads at all. The pool only feels great on Saturdays; nothing happens on Sundays.

The setup is fabulous with multiple options available; the resort has everything, is very comfortable and relaxing, and the area is highly secure and fully fenced, so there’s no need to worry about any issues. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. It’s a very nice resort and I recommend it to anyone, though it’s fully self‑contained, meaning you won’t find coffee or tea on site – you’re on your own.
