I liked the location, but the pool was dirty and the pool bathrooms were awful and smelled bad. I had to change rooms three times because the odor from the bathroom kept seeping into the room. The restaurant service was poor; a gay staff member was reluctant to help me and everyone else.

The location was good, yet the pool needed a lot of maintenance and lacked supportive furniture and a comfortable table. There was no in‑room communication line to the front desk, the Wi‑Fi was very spotty, and the complimentary breakfast had no coffee refill and was tiny— a buffet would be better. The bathroom had no support shelves for soap, and the room door lacked an interior lock or chain for extra privacy and security.

The pool and facilities were nice, but at 10 am the lights were cut off and we lost air‑conditioning. The staff tried to make us leave before check‑out time and the cleaning lady did her job; I think that’s unacceptable for a service.
