The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the accommodation was very comfortable with a nice covered terrace usable in all seasons; the environment was quiet and green, a real tranquil escape, yet only 5 minutes on a scooter from the beach and an atmospheric market town with much diversity, and the National Park is even closer; Kampot is a larger town and only 20 minutes on a scooter; Graziano is a great guy with a very sweet family, and a fluent English speaker who helps you get an insight into Cambodian life; thanks for a great stay.

While I loved the charm of the location and the cozy little terrace, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The property was dirty, and the toilet door was broken, which was unpleasant. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bed linens were damp. On the plus side, the roosters weren't too much of a problem.

I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the kindness of the staff and the delicious food options, including Khmer and Italian menus. The breakfasts were also tasty, and the location was peaceful, just 3km from Kep. When I had an issue with my bike, the staff were very helpful. I appreciated the family atmosphere and the convenience of having a washing machine available. However, I did find the lighting in the room to be a bit inadequate.
