“À éviter absolument !!! Déception.”

Cleanliness was fine. The stay was utterly disappointing and the conditions were unacceptable. The listing promised an “Italian breakfast,” yet we only found old packaged pastries and basic coffee—nothing like a real Italian morning meal. The ad advertised a “room” but the owner tried to break in around 1:30 am, banging on the door. As two lone women, we were terrified. The contact person on WhatsApp spoke to us rudely because we hadn’t opened immediately, which is unacceptable. We then had to share a space with him, with only one door between us. Finally, the heating was almost non‑existent despite repeated requests, the shower water was cold and we had to wait a long time before it warmed up to a drinkable temperature. The listing was misleading, security was non‑existent, and respect was absent—avoid at all costs.

The room was wide and bright. The lounge had plenty of space. Breakfast didn’t exist, so you can’t market this as a bed & breakfast—just a bed.

The exterior renovation was nice. There was no welcome; everything was handled by phone. Breakfast was almost non‑existent, the mini‑fridge was off, only four packaged croissants with coffee pods and tea were provided, and a child was present… The thermostat was set too hot, causing a sleepless night in a sweaty bed; the next day we found it at 19 °C and finally slept at 27 °C. The video‑surveillance in the lounge was unsettling. The old‑style bathroom wasn’t to my taste, and the lack of shampoo or shower gel was not ideal. I’d say it was a disappointment for the price; maybe I could have found something better.
