I stayed in a clean room with friendly staff and a decent breakfast, but the free coffee that’s advertised as 24/7 was cold at 3 pm. The beds were fine, yet the pillows were too soft and collapsed when I rested my head on them.

Everything was fine, but the shower door leaked onto the floor and the toilet base was loose; I told the front desk about both, and they were minor maintenance items.
