The staff were all kind and even let me check in early though I arrived before the official time, which I appreciated, the location is close to the station and surrounded by many eateries making it convenient; however, there was no shower curtain so the floor stayed wet, the water temperature fluctuated, the shower head wouldn’t move, the frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower didn’t close properly and had no lock, and the two towels provided were so discoloured that I hesitated to use them.

The location was good, but the bed felt like sleeping on bricks. The bedding was dirty, the wall sockets were loose, and everything else was in very bad condition.

It matched the description exactly. The location had easy access to bus and metro. The bathroom and shower were clean, but the bed was too hard.

“Grubby and tired”

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in the area I needed for work, and the air conditioning worked well. The room was dirty, the décor was tired, wallpaper was peeling, and everything seemed like it needed replacing. The bathroom was old and moldy. There was no mattress on the bed—just a box spring wrapped in plastic with a sheet, which was a very poor value for money. If I hadn’t been traveling with a colleague, I would have left and spent the money elsewhere. The view from the window was just a wall two feet away. The stairs were uneven and unsafe. The lobby sofa was filthy, and Christmas decorations were still up in May. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise staying elsewhere if your budget allows. I think I booked too far in advance and overpaid for this room.
