The location was decent and the staff were friendly, but people were still smoking on the property even though it was advertised as non‑smoking, so my room had a very stale smell; on top of that we didn’t get the room we booked and were downgraded, yet the lady at the desk assured us there would be no extra charge.

The room was pretty bare‑bones—no coffee maker and no breakfast in the lobby—but it was a good value and comfortable; the desk agent mistakenly charged us for the room even though we had prepaid through the platform, but another agent quickly fixed the issue and was very apologetic.
