The spot is fantastic, the breakfasts are good, the pool is nice, and the staff are competent. Everything is great.

The place is very well situated and the pool area is peaceful. However, it was too noisy to sleep because the street was constantly audible, and the cups you use are never cleaned or simply removed.

The hotel’s location is positive, and it’s clear that there are no hidden fees that should be obvious in hotels. It’s cheap, but the quality is lacking. The place is dirty and noisy everywhere. The fridge makes a sound, and so does the air‑conditioning. The toilet also produces a loud noise, probably from the air‑conditioning. The walls are thin, so sounds from outside and around are heard inside. The cleanliness is a separate issue: there are spider webs and dirt in many places. The sheets and towels are cheap. There are ants and other insects on the floors, especially under the “terrace” door where all the bugs can get in. (Positive: no corks or mattress pads, etc.). When arriving at the hotel, it’s unclear whether you’re in the right place because the entrances are confusing. The room cleaning basically involves putting dirty sheets back on the bed. The balcony is unusable, right in the middle of the street. The pool area is very poor and the sun‑loungers are uncomfortable. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The location is good, the hotel management is excellent, and the pool is liked; the sunset view is beautiful, and the staff are nice. The hygiene could be improved.
