Promosh was very friendly and attentive. We had a great time. Overall, the experience was amazing.

“Cet hôtel n'est plus dans la catégorie faite par booking”

The room was spacious and the setting pleasant with a pool; the garden environment was clean. Unfortunately, the room was unfurnished—only a bed and a wardrobe, no chair, table, or TV. In the bathroom we had no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap), only two towels. The bed had only one top sheet, which had holes. We stayed the first night without a room clean; when we requested cleaning, we were told housekeeping only happens every three days (changing sheets, towels, etc.). When we pointed out that the services didn’t match the description in our booking, they replied, “if you’re not happy, just leave.” Breakfast was disappointing, always the same, and we had to ask repeatedly for the fruit juice that was supposed to be included. We also lost hot water; after complaints, they eventually fixed the faucet on the fourth day, but only after we pointed out that we didn’t know how to use the tap (we had been there for two days). In short, this hotel deserves only 2 stars. The person in charge of the hotel’s operations is very unpleasant and refuses any feedback, insisting that if we’re not satisfied we should just leave. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, and the tropical setting was great though a bit isolated—something that could be positive, and renting a scooter from the place solved that issue.
