The free airport bus, helpful staff, and proximity to the station were all great.

The breakfast was very good, close to the hotel and inexpensive. There was a wide range of tasty hot and cold dishes, and the serving hours were practical. It was nice that they offered authentic warm Japanese food, and the little food basket added a special touch. The hotel’s location made it easy to visit the Narita temple and it’s very near good, reasonably priced restaurants. The staff were very helpful and they run a free shuttle bus to the airport. There was nothing I didn’t like.
