“Awesome view”

The view is amazing, but the balcony floor should have a net because the lake is close enough that a customer could fall in; also please offer halal/muslim food.

“Buenas vistas y ubicación. Correcto, sin lujos, lo justo para descansar.”

La ubicación está muy bien. Las habitaciones con balcón y vistas al lago y cuando se iluminan las barcas por la noche es muy bonito. La limpieza bien. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable aunque no sabía ni una palabra de inglés. Nos intentó ayudar en todo lo que pudo a pesar de las limitaciones del idioma. No hay nadie en la casa cuando llegas. No responden a los mensajes de , cuando llegamos tuve que hacer una llamada telefónica y a pesar de que no me entendía nada, a los 5 minutos se presentó en el hotel. El desayuno lo pedimos a las 7.30h pero vinieron a las 8h, ya nos íbamos cuando llegó una chica con unas bandejas (se había ido la luz en el pueblo por la noche, y a lo mejor esa fue la causa, pero como no nos podíamos comunicar.).Desayuno correcto excepto una sopa espesa de arroz que ninguno nos comimos

It was a quiet season so not much. No hot water no fridge bed hard aircon struggled to keep cool no information just here is keys, went down to see them and they closed it was 7.30pm

The location suits the purpose of the destination and highlights the visit, but the hospitality staff are unprofessional and the local operator is poorly trained; don’t expect an international standard of convenience or hygiene.

“The stay was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to fix the issue promptly.”

The hotel sits right near the city center, and the breakfast that came with the stay was nicely arranged and tasted great.
