The terrace view and the terrace itself were great. However, the whole process—from finding the accommodation, to on‑site support—felt disjointed; there was no single point of contact to look after us, and the property itself seemed a bit dated. The owner didn’t seem to care about maintenance, which is something I’ve never seen before.
