The location was fine—though a bit outside Mestre’s center, the tram (No. 1 straight to Venice and No. 2 to Marghera) made it easy to reach; the property itself is quite old, and upon arrival I expected more explanations, like the Wi‑Fi password (written on a handwritten note near the stairs); I also wasn’t shown the kitchen because all the doors were always closed, so I thought those were private rooms.

“Perfecta Estancia para ver Venecia”

The apartments are great—quite large, and in my case with a private bathroom. It’s my second trip to Venice, and staying here was really good because it’s far cheaper than the historic center, and the 20‑minute walk to the city is totally worth it.

The hosts were very friendly, the room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable, the price was good, I felt safe, and there was a cute little balcony.

The location is good, but the bathroom door is unacceptable—broken into pieces and wrapped with tape.
