The room felt pretty comfortable, everything was tidy and the bed was decent. Unfortunately, the temperature climbed way too high and it got stuffy pretty fast. If they had better climate control it would be a solid stay.

The hotel's location is spot‑on—right near the main attractions and easy to walk around. The only downside was the surprise 10 % surcharge when I paid by bank transfer, which didn’t match the rates shown online. That extra fee left a sour taste after an otherwise great spot.

Staff were genuinely helpful, checking in on us and making sure everything was in order. Their attention to detail made the stay feel well‑cared for, and I appreciated how quickly they responded to any request. Overall, the service was the highlight of the visit.

I loved the central location and the friendly way the staff treated us—they were always ready with a smile. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the street noise, which is understandable given the bustling neighborhood. Still, the positives outweighed the occasional racket.

The heating in the room was solid, keeping us warm even on chilly evenings. However, I booked a double‑bed room and was given a bunk‑bed setup instead, which was a disappointment. The warmth was nice, but the mix‑up with the bed type needs fixing.
