Quiet street. Good Location. Free parking. Walking distance. No staff. Took an hour and one half of phone calls to get the door unlocked before checking in during the allotted check-in time. Locked out of room 1 minute after checkout time

Location was good, but the property was VERY run down with furniture and items likely found by the side of the road, the bathroom had mold around the shower and floor, the whole place was very sad, not worth the $636 we paid for one night, shameful.

The front lobby offered decent coffee and snacks, and the porch gave a pleasant partial view of the ocean and sunrise. However, the first‑floor room 1b was cramped, the shower was extremely tiny, and the smoke alarm was missing from its case. Leaving the bathroom window open without a screen in a damp climate let mosquitoes in, and the front steps posed a challenge for older guests.
