Hospitality and timely services were good, and there was nothing negative.

Service was good, but the rooms and bathroom had a slight bad smell due to long closing, and the bed mattresses had many strains even after I requested a change; the issues remained the same.

I stayed at the newly built Vatika in, and it was neat and clean. The food was tasty, and the staff were very good and cooperative. Keep up that spirit—it will help the hotel progress and succeed. All the best.
