The TV, AC, and fridge worked, parking was fine, and the pillows were nice. However, no staff were available; I had to search for them during check‑in, after leaving items in the room, and at checkout. The ceiling had a hole, the tub floor was dirty and I had to clean it before use, two lights were broken and overall lighting was terrible, the sink was missing from the bathroom, staff left the room door wide open and were nowhere to be found, and there was no coffee or K‑cup machine in the room.

The location was great, but the room was okay, the lighting was a bit dark, and the fringe had duct tape on it.

The proximity to everything was good, but the room and bathroom were tiny; the toilet rocked when you sat down and was low, the faucet dripped all night, the AC remote was dirty and didn’t work, the AC controls were invisible, and everything needed updating and was dusty.

The spot was cheap and right in the middle of everything, but the room could use a refresh— the rug was a bit dirty and the pillows had an odd scent.
