The place is wonderfully equipped and the location is truly great. It’s absolutely perfect for unwinding. The bed was comfortable and smelled nice, and we appreciated having a few drinks stocked in the fridge.

It was a complete disappointment – not recommended at all! We were really looking forward to our trip, only to be bitterly let down on arrival. When we inspected the booked wellness suite, we were shocked at the condition of the accommodation. Everything looked rundown, untidy and dirty. There were exposed power cords, a grimy whirlpool with heavy scaling, stains, and even a toilet lid that wasn’t properly secured. The photos we took speak for themselves. Under those circumstances it was absolutely unacceptable for us to stay there, so we had to leave on the same day with a heavy heart. What was especially disheartening was that no alternative accommodation was offered, even though it was obvious that many other options were available. Instead of working together to find a solution, communication with us was minimal. The treatment was extremely unfriendly, rude and disrespectful. We expected our legitimate complaints to be taken seriously and at least an attempt made to find a suitable resolution. Instead we were left to deal with the situation alone. This isn’t about exaggerated demands; it’s about basic cleanliness, maintenance and safety that one should expect for the price paid. Exposed power cords, a dirty whirlpool and the overall neglected state are unacceptable flaws. The post‑incident handling was also disappointing. Even though we couldn’t use the accommodation because of its condition, we are being denied a refund. We didn’t stay a single night or use any services, yet we still have to bear the full cost. The justification that the revenue supports the host’s livelihood does not change the fact that guests deserve a clean and safe place.

The city centre is very cozy, with plenty of places to eat and drink. The stay itself really needs a refresh; it’s outdated, wallpaper is peeling in several spots. The jacuzzi, jets and bubbles no longer work properly.

Great facilities and a beautiful, quiet setting. The indoor maintenance wasn’t great and unfortunately took away from the luxurious feel.

We were quite disappointed by the condition of the property both inside and out; the photos look like new. We knew the whirlpool was broken for one day, and the owner kindly informed us, then the landlord fixed it and refunded part of the cost—thanks, that was very fair. However the whirlpool is still not in good shape; during use some plastic inner parts of the jets were flushed out. Please check that, as well as the shower system inside, the peeling wallpaper, and the two broken window handles. The park and location are fantastic and the quiet is great. We’ll come back happily once everything’s renovated.
