The location is very convenient, close to everything and the harbour, and the receptionist helped us book a Halong Bay daily cruise. The room was basic and clean. Highly recommended! Nothing negative.

The room was good, comfortable and had the necessary equipment, and it was well‑situated. The sheets for covering at night were not on the bed but in the wardrobe and very dirty. The building photos and the view from the rooms were false, generated by AI.
