The location was fine, it took 20 minutes to walk to the centre. There was a lot of mold and other water damage, a very unpleasant sewer smell that spread throughout the room, decent beds, and a strong “perfume” scent in the lower floor.

I liked the location, just 15 minutes from La Spezia station, but it was quite noisy because it sits right next to a busy road.
