The hotel's cleanliness was a major letdown. We had issues with no hot water throughout our stay, which made it difficult to even take a shower. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide a basic service like hot water.

I was really pleased with the breakfast options here - the spread was great and the quality was consistent throughout my stay. However, there were a couple of things that didn't quite hit the mark. The daily essentials like toiletries and towels were only provided on demand, which meant I had to ask for them every day, which was a bit of a hassle. It would've been nice if they were just left in the room, like in most hotels.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were a major letdown - I found hairs on the bedsheet in the first room, and no matter how many times I changed rooms (I ended up in three different ones), the problem persisted. It was like they were trying to sweep it under the rug, but it was still there. To make matters worse, the wifi wasn't working, and the housekeeping phone just kept ringing with no one answering.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's comfort and service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure we had everything we needed. The room and bed were super comfortable, and the food was amazing - the dinner menu had a great variety of recipes. However, the hotel's location isn't exactly central, but a taxi ride is only a short trip away. Breakfast was fine, but I think they could've scaled up the spread a bit.
