I was on the same day as the flight delay, and when I called to say I’d be late, the staff answered right away and showed genuine concern, which really put my mind at ease. The bad weather cancelled the hot‑air balloon ride, and every company I asked about had full bookings for later dates, so I was about to give up, but the hotel staff managed to secure a spot for me, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the cave hotel itself was cute and spotless.

“Incredible location, kind staff & clean room”

The property is in the most incredible location, the staff are welcoming and kind and our room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!. The only reason we couldn’t rate this a 10 was due to the WIFI not working at all in our cave room, which became a real hassle after 3 nights

A charming little hotel that pays close attention to design and materials. The room was very pretty with a lovely view, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

“Comfortable, cleanliness and hospitality of host.”

Location location location. Walking distance to downtown. Good view to see the town, hot-balloon rising and sunrise on the rooftop. Rooms are natural cave, was comfortable, cooled during the day and warm at night naturally by the stone walls. Recharged every morning with the clean and comfortable bed. Definitely recommend. None
