The price was good compared to the rooms. I think the hotel could use a facelift but who cares? The room was clean, no insects, hot water in the shower, and almost right across from the BTS station. There’s also a 7‑Eleven next to it. Around the corner is a major Thai restaurant with all sorts of Thai food. A major hospital is within walking distance and a coffee place is on the other side of the avenue. Behind the hotel is a laundry place to stop your clothes. Oh, there’s a real cool cat who works at the reception. Not really sure what else you could want.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the coffee was free. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.

It’s a perfect place. The wifi was on and off sometimes but still good.

“Perfect place”

I stayed for 10 nights and don’t regret anything. The staff was so friendly and super nice to me. Every two days I got new clean towels and drinking water. I highly recommend this listing. I loved everything except the wifi, which was not really great.

“Sur un mal entendu, j’y retournerai peut être !”

The place was quiet, shops were close, and the BTS stations were just a short walk away. The reception was a bit awkward when we pointed out that we had booked a 32‑square‑meter room but were given a 16‑square‑meter one; the issue was fixed in two minutes, and the receptionist seemed a little embarrassed. She also reminded us that smoking was prohibited inside the hotel and on the balcony, which meant that if I booked a room with a balcony I could only smoke outside, otherwise a 2000‑baht fine would apply.
