If you want to be right in the heart of the city, this hotel nails it – stepping out to sights was a breeze and the room offered a nice city view to wake up to. The downside was the elevator situation: a single, sluggish lift took forever, and you had to hop on another equally slow one just to reach the front desk on the 37th floor. On top of that, the walls did nothing to block sound, staff were noisy early in the morning, and the hallways looked pretty grubby.
