The breakfast and location were fine, but it was really warm at night and the ceiling fan was completely overwhelmed.

The location in Merano was convenient for public transport, the village is nice, the owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the on‑site facilities, including the pool and garden, were lovely. Nothing particular to note.
