The spot is great and the place stays clean, but the single room sits right by the elevator and it's super noisy.

This is a lovely small hotel with a family atmosphere with staff, no matter their area of responsibility, that take pride in doing there jobs, smile and eager to help. Everyone we interacted with (front desk, breakfast staff, cleaners) was extraordinarily helpful. Rooms were small but comfortable with efficient and quiet air conditioning, everything worked and was scrupulously clean. The bed linen was fine 100% cotton. There is an area in reception with cold water, snacks and coffee that was great to meet with family and plan trips whilst realxing. Not a lot. The standard rooms are a bit small but that is clear in the description. The lift is also very small, perhaps the smallest I've ever been in!

The building is charming, old, and just a hop from the Metro; we liked staying in a regular neighbourhood and catching the Metro to the city centre daily, plus there's a nice park close by. The staff were very helpful and the lobby offered good snacks. Nothing else to note.
