The staff and the manager were kind, yet the night staff were unavailable when I had a cooling issue, and the hotel didn’t provide water bottles to guests.

The cleanliness was good, but the staff wouldn’t refund the price difference when I paid for my meal.

The shower accessories were high quality, but we didn’t like how the bed was overloaded with a heavy double blanket and a second mattress; the top blanket looked dirty at a glance, and breakfast was only average.
