“Petite chambre sympathique”

The room was small, just enough for two people for a single night, but it was fine :) The staff were very friendly. There were a lot of ants, a bit small, and the price‑quality ratio was average, as is often the case in the Philippines.

On the morning of the day we were supposed to arrive, I was called and told that they could not provide the four accommodation units we had booked, only three because one was under renovation. The host offered to refund that unit by deducting the full amount from our bill at a nearby high‑quality restaurant, which I appreciated, but I think the accommodation should have informed us earlier about the lack of availability. In the remaining units they added extra beds, so the place felt very cramped, though we only stayed for two nights. The declared room sizes do not match reality; the hosts apparently include outdoor space in the square meterage. The “standard” room is barely 10 square metres including the bathroom, and the so‑called “deluxe” room (what exactly is deluxe about it?) also did not match the stated size. The rooms lack mosquito nets, so ventilation was poor: they were stuffy and smelled of mold.

“Disappointing”

It was a quiet spot away from the crowds, with a comfy bed and a great sister company Ursula and good staff. But it was very noisy, people talking around with no soundproofing, there was no storage, the bathroom was very simple and had a tap leak that forced us to call staff at 10 pm, plus the toilet leaked all the time. The place is small, not as big as the pictures show, and the bedroom is basically just the bed—honestly not worth the price.
