The value for money is great, just a few minutes from the city centre and attractions. The host was ready to help. During my stay the place had two double beds, one on the ground floor and another on the mezzanine. It’s a residential area, so it’s quiet.

The guesthouse is perfect! Very private and has everything you need for a fun few days. There is a fridge, toaster and coffee maker. You can reach the bed upstairs via a ladder. The bus stop is only a 3 minute walk from there, so you don't have to take the car downtown if you are planning on going out. The host was very communicative and shared the code for the door, the directions and the wifi password. Very friendly. The light switch upstairs in the loft is on the far end, so you cannot reach it from the bed. Also would not recommend going up the ladder for those who are not very nimble
