The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the place is spotless, and the room is spacious. I wish there were more hanging spots and the towels for the room are the same as those for the pool, but that's minor; the pillows weren't very comfortable.

The location was good, but there’s no restaurant, the shower water splashes everywhere, there's an unidentified noise that wakes you at night, and there’s no parking—cars have to be left on the street.

The location was fine, but the final price I was quoted at reception was 1000 pesos higher than the one shown on the booking site, and I would have liked to know the final price from the start.

The place was beautiful and right in the heart of Mérida, close to all the main sights. The staff were always very friendly, especially Pedro at reception who greeted us with a big smile and answered every question. Everything was just great!
