The receptionist lady was exceptionally friendly and the apartment itself was fine, but the front desk was closed at night and nobody answered my calls; every door required a code from reception, and after midnight the girl tried unsuccessfully to get in with her code, then we spent about five minutes trying my code, then three strangers tried theirs, all to no avail until her colleagues finally arrived and opened the door about an hour after midnight, despite me calling and texting with no response. When I checked out they gave me a bottle of wine as an apology, and the apartment smelled strongly of sewage.

The property’s location was a plus. The reason I chose this spot was mainly the spa mentioned in its name; I was hoping to unwind after a long day. A day before arrival, the hotel told me the spa was under construction and offered to find another place if that was a problem, but it was too late to secure alternative accommodation. During my stay, no one entered my room to clear it or change towels. The toilet was a mess, with a dirty floor, clogged sinks, and a terrible odor. I won’t return or recommend this place.
