The location was fine, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ineffective, the hot water took a very long time to arrive, and the hair dryer was unusable.

“Nicht nochmal.”

The charging point in the garage never worked, even though a hotel staff member tried to help us. The room was too small, so the bed barely fit us two. Breakfast was…meh! To get to the hotel by car we had to drive into the underground parking, something we only realized after three attempts.

“Bien placé, chambre spacieuse, hyper propre et prix raisonnable. Je reviendrai !”

The spot is perfect, quiet even though the hotel is downtown, and the room size is ideal. I had requested two separate beds when booking and received them. The hallway noise is loud—you can hear people walking and talking, and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable, so I couldn’t stream a movie on my phone, which was disappointing.

“Excellent location, great value, dated but clean and fine for a short stay.”

Excellent location right in heart of old town Comfy (small) bed Helpful and friendly staff. Discount daily parking rate with the car park under the hotel. Double bed booked was very much a queen double, very much on the small side for two normal size adult, although comfy Good hot water but shower falling away from the wall and no shower door. Its dated and in need of some work but still perfectly adequate at a very good price. There is no lift, if that were to matter to a guest
